Liberty Health Advantage promotes a culture of compliance and is committed to maintaining an ethical work environment for all our employees. Our commitment to compliance is supported by our confidential Compliance Hotline, which is completely anonymous and accessible 24 hours a 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We encourage employees, members and delegates to report suspected cases of fraud, waste and abuse, violation of LHA’s standards of conduct or any other violations of the Medicare Parts C & D program or LHA’s company policy, in whatever manner they feel most comfortable. We have also established company-wide policies to promote a compliant workplace, such as non-retaliation, internal investigation and self-reporting.
